Katie asked if I wanted to do a 5K with her in 6 weeks. I, for some completely unknown reason, said yes.
Trolling around online, I found a TON of resources and now have a training schedule, a trek-mapping app, advice on running my first 5k and (drum roll please) a motivation guide. Knowing me, that’s probably what I need more than anything else.
I also need some new running shoes… you know, just to help keep me motivated.If for some reason you decide you desperately need to get ahold of me (or just desperately need me – I know, it happens) on March 12, you can find me (ME!) running a 5k in Malibu.
